"Cabins and Camps" book by noted rustic author Ralph Kylloe, featured mountain home of George and Mary Jaques - Standing Bear Lodge - furnished with rustic furniture from the shop of George Jaques.

October 2002: New York Times (Weekend) showcased Lake Placid Lodge, furnished by Adirondack Rustic Masters including George Jaques.

August 2002: Victoria Magazine in its article "Must have Birch Sap in his veins" features rustic furniture built by George Jaques.
